요구하는 정보들을 입력하고 나면 "Please enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your ID."라는 메세지창이 뜨는데, 고객센터에 전화해서 본인의 정보를 알려주시면 됩니다. ex) 이름, 생년월일, 여권번호, 여권시작&만료일
